Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Brown Sugar Syrup
- About 3/4 cup (200 ml) of ice
- Tapioca to taste
- Just over 1/2 cup (+/- 150 ml) of brewed tea
- Just over 1/2 cup (+/- 150 ml) of regular or plant-based milk, your choice
Large size (710 ml)
Larger size = even more fun! Perfect for sharing (or not)!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Brown Sugar Syrup
- About 1 cup (250 ml) of ice
- Tapioca to taste (larger glass = more tapioca!)
- Un peu plus de 3/4 tasse (+/- 150 ml) de tea
- Un peu plus de 3/4 tasse (+/- 150 ml) de lait régulier ou végétal, au choix
Preparation
- Brew the tea. We suggest using 1 liter of boiling water for every 15 g of tea and letting it steep for about 10 minutes. For a tea bag, steep in a cup of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a Bubble Tea glass, pour the Brown Sugar syrup directly into the glass, at the bottom and/or along the sides.
- Add the ice, tapioca, and then the tea.
- Top it off with the milk of your choice and enjoy.
