Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (30 g) of powders
  • ½ tbsp (7,5 g) of milk substitute*
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ) of liquid sugar of your choice (diluted sugar, honey, agave or maple syrup)
  • About 3/4 cup (200 ml) of brewed tea
  • About 3/4 cup (200 ml) of ice
  • Popping boba, tapioca and/or jellys to taste

*For sour powders, do not add milk substitute.

Preparation

  • Brew tea. We suggest using 1L of boiling water for every 15g of tea and leave to infuse for around ten minutes. For one tea bag, allow to infuse in a cup of boiling water, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend in the tea, syrup, ice (the amount of ice will determine the texture: choose whether you want a juice or slush type beverage).
  • Add the powder (for creamy flavours, add the milk substitute).
  • Blend for about 6 seconds.
  • In a bubble tea glass, put the popping boba, jellys, tapioca and add the mixture.
